RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Refunds are only available within 30 days of you original purchase. So, please...If you wish to return an item, it MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS of when you ordered online, NOT when you received the product. This is our policy due to the fact that your credit card number is only stored in our system for 30 days, for your security. After that period, we no longer have access to your credit card information, even to credit it.

All return refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in 'UNUSED' condition in its ORIGINAL packaging. Sorry, but the shipping cost is not refundable.
