SHIPPING & DELIVERY GoSkateOrGoHome.com will use its best efforts to ship products within 10 days of the receipt of a properly completed payment. However, please note that some orders may take 3 weeks for delivery due to limitations on warehouse and distributor supply. Any delivery or shipment date provided by GoSkateOrGoHome.com to you is our good-faith estimate. (Can I just say that MOST of the time, we ship your order in less than THREE days.....ask the other guys if they do that!) GoSkateOrGoHome.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. In addition, you may receive an invoice only from the specific supplier (and we will accept these invoices as your receipt in case of a return). GoSkateOrGoHome.com will work with you and the shipping agency to see that you receive your complete order and products as soon as possible.

WE SHIP VIA UPS TRACK YOUR ORDER AT UPS.COM WITH YOUR GoSkateOrGoHome.com ORDER NUMBER (INCLUDING THE 'YHST' CODING). GoSkateOrGoHome.com uses UPS Ground for shipping within the United States and Canada. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.

CANADIAN, ALASKAN & HAWAIIAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES We do ship outside the United States and Canada. However, shipping charges outside the US and Canada will be calculated on an individual basis. Your specific shipment cost will be emailed to you and if you approve, you will then be charged the additional shipping. Please note, we only charge the amount our shipper will quote, we do not add additional charges (unlike some of our shady competition!) Alaskan & Hawaiian shipments are an additional flat rate of $20 US per order. (Canadian shipments, see below). If the shipping charge exceeds $75.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. Please review the quote and email us immediately at support@goskateorgohome.com if you do not approve of the cost and would like to cancel your order. We will cancel your order IF the shipment has not yet left our warehouse. In the case that the shipment has left the warehouse you may refuse the shipment upon arrival, email or call us and we will refund your payment less the shipping charges. CANADIAN IMPORT DUTIES: All orders delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $20 US additional charge for duties and taxes. (Sorry my friendly neighbors to the north, the shipping charges are killing us!)

NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT! GoSkateOrGoHome.com has no minimum order requirement for any of our products. Don't forget to ask us our opinion for your special situations...we are professionals here!

SALES TAX 6% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses within the State of Wyoming.
